This season we have a further two beautiful two bedroom barns which have been furnished and equiped to an extremely high standard: Barcud (Red Kite) and Gwennol (Swallow).
Although Barcud and Gwennol are seperate barns, we have the ability to interconnect them into a single four bedroom barn for larger parties.

Both barns have a very similar layoout (the main difference being the Sitting room in Gwennol has a patio door to the gardens), with the following description:
GROUND FLOOR Entrance is into the light and airy KITCHEN/DINING ROOM with views over the valley. The KITCHEN is fitted with a range of Oak units with a granite work top, it also has an electric oven with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven and washing machine. The dining area has a dining table with 4 chairs.
The SITTING ROOM is L shaped and has an attractive arched window and exposed stone walls. It is furnished with a corner sofa unit and a comfy chair, coffee table and a 37” wall mounted plasma TV with DVD / CD player.
There are two en-suite bedrooms, both have 3’ zip’n’link bed which when zipped make a 6’ super king size bed. BEDROOM 1 is downstairs and has a super king size bed (please indicate if required as two singles), bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing chair and an en-suite bathroom comprising a white suite of bath with shower over, WC, heated towel rail and wash hand basin.
FIRST FLOOR
BEDROOM 2 is approached by a flight of carpeted stairs from the sitting room and leads to a gallery area which in turn leads to the bedroom. It is furnished with 2 single beds (please indicate if the super king size is required), bedside tables, dressing chair and wardrobe. There is an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC, heated towel rail and wash hand basin.
GARDEN & PARKING The grounds are open plan with attractive planting and lawned areas, not fenced off. Each cottage has its own private patio to the fore of the cottage with lovely views and furnished with a sturdy picnic bench and a barbecue.
There is ample parking space for two cars.
OTHER INFORMATION
There is oil fired central heating throughout, this is included from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £35 per week at all other times. Electricity is included. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. Towels are included in the rental. One well behaved pet is welcome.
Barcud and Gwennol Cottages have an interconnecting door enabling larger groups to book both properties together, there is excellent soundproofing for times when the cottage are separate.
